专业介绍:

酒店管理与数字化运营专业原名酒店管理专业,成立于2007年,2012年被评为学院特色专业,2014年被评为杭州市特色专业,经过十多年的发展,为杭州市、浙江省乃至全国输送了大批优秀的酒店管理人才。

培养目标:

本专业坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,践行社会主义核心价值观,面向浙江省区域经济发展需要,面向知名品牌酒店、连锁酒店集团、大型餐饮集团等住宿业、餐饮业的服务接待、产品销售、数字运营与管理第一线,培养理想信念坚定、德智体美劳全面发展,具备较高科学文化水平、人文素养、创新意识,较强就业能力和可持续发展能力,掌握本专业知识和技术技能,具备国际视野、数字化思维和技术应用能力,精益求精的工匠精神和爱岗敬业的劳模精神的德技并修的复合型人才。

就业方向:

国内外知名品牌酒店、度假村、高级会所等企业的前厅、餐饮、客房、茶艺服务人员及基层管理工人员;精品酒店等中小型旅游企业经理;行业协会、旅游行政部门管理人员;旅行社、旅游电商等大中型旅游企业的数据分析、人力资源、财务、销售等岗位的技术管理和数字化运营人员。

培养模式:

全程顶岗、工学结合、进阶提升的人才培养模式。科学设置实践教学环节,完善的顶岗实习制度。按照高星级酒店从业者、星级酒店管理者和连锁酒店经营者岗位能力需求的思路设计实训教学体系,合理安排综合性实习项目,确保实践教学课时比例超过50%。此培养模式突出两个导向——以市场需求为培养目标导向和以岗位技能要求为课程设置导向;侧重两种理念——国际化理念和市场化理念;实现三个结合——知识与能力相结合、教学与实践相结合和工学结合。

酒店管理与数字化运营概论、酒店服务过程实训、酒店服务心理、沟通技巧与酒店礼仪、国际酒店情境英语会话(英)、前厅服务与数字化运营、餐饮服务与数字化运营、客房服务与数字化运营、酒店数字化营销、酒店室内设计、酒店督导实务、酒吧与咖啡服务、茶艺、香艺。

校内外实训基地:

校内实训基地:酒店管理与数字化运营专业校中店(纳德润泽园酒店)、酒店管理实训室、茶艺实训室,香艺实训室、茶博馆、咖啡实训室、酒吧实训室;

国内实习基地:纳德大酒店、湘湖逍遥庄园、杭州洲际大酒店、杭州香格里拉酒店、西溪悦榕庄、良渚君澜度假酒店、温德姆至尊豪廷大酒店等;

境外实习基地:丽思卡尔顿酒店、柏悦酒店、澳门巴黎人、澳门瑞吉酒店等

本专业大力推进管培生工程项目,为学生岗位晋升开辟绿色通道;与瑞士教育集团SEG开展国际化合作办学,在课程设置、师资培养、人才培养等方面拓展国际视野,打造国际一流专业。

Introduction

The major of hospitality Management and Digital Operation , formerly known as Hospitality Management , was established in 2007. It was awarded as the characteristic major of the college in 2012 and the characteristic major of Hangzhou in 2014. After more than ten years of development, it has provided a large number of outstanding hotel management talents for Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province and even the whole country.

This major vigorously promotes the project of management training students, to open up a green channel for students' job promotion; To develop international cooperation with SEG, a Swiss education group, to expand its international vision in curriculum, teacher training, talent training and other aspects, and to build a world-class major.

 

Training goals

This major aims to cultivate inter-disciplinary talents who will have firm ideals and beliefs, all-round development of morality, intelligence, body and labor, high scientific and cultural level, humanistic quality, innovation consciousness, strong employability and sustainable development ability, master the professional knowledge and technical skills, have an international vision, digital thinking and technology application ability, keep improving craftsman spirit and dedicated spirit of model workers following Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era ,adhering to practicing the core socialist values,and the needs of regional economic development in Zhejiang Province, and the first line of service reception, product sales, digital operation and management for well-known brand hotels, hotel chain groups, large catering groups and other accommodation and catering industries.

 

Employment direction

Front office, catering, guest room, tea art service personnel and basic management workers of domestic and foreign famous brand hotels, resorts, senior clubs and other enterprises; Managers of small and medium-sized tourism enterprises such as boutique hotels; Administrative personnel of trade associations and tourism administrative departments; Technical management and digital operation personnel of data analysis, human resources, finance, sales and other positions in large and medium-sized tourism enterprises such as travel agencies and tourism e-commerce.

 

 Cultivation mode

The talent training mode consists of whole-process post, combination of work and study, and advanced promotion

Scientific practice teaching link, perfect post practice system. The practical training and teaching system should be designed according to the ability requirements of high-star hotel practitioners, managers and chain hotel operators, and comprehensive internship programs should be reasonably arranged to ensure that the proportion of practical teaching hours exceeds 50%. This training mode highlights two orientations -- market demand as training goal orientation and post skill requirements as course setting orientation; Focus on two concepts -- internationalization concept and market concept; Realize the three combination -- the combination of knowledge and ability, teaching and practice and study.

Campus training bases: Hospitality management and digital operation professional campus store (Nade Runze Garden Hotel), hotel management training room, tea art training room, incense art training room, tea museum, coffee training room, bar training room;

Domestic internship bases: Nade Hotel, Xiao Yao Manor, Intercontinental Hotel Hangzhou, Shangri-La Hotel Hangzhou, Banyan Tree in Xixi, Liangzhu Junlan Resort, Wyndham Grand Mansion Hotel, etc.

Overseas internship bases: Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Park Hyatt Hotel, Parisian Macau, St. Regis Macau, etc
